What services does nICE1 offer?

Sale, and hire of wetsuits, and other swimming apparel, swim coaching, and event management. You can either visit our lakeside shop, or visit our online Store to make a purchase.

Which forms of payment do nICE1 accept?

You can pay with cash or card in the lakeside shop, and card, or paypal on our website.

What do I need to bring for my coaching session at The Quays?

You will need your swimwear, goggles, hat and a wetsuit if preferred although not essential.  You can hire wetsuits from our lakeside shop and purchase anything you don't have.

Is there vehicle parking available at the lakeside shop?

There is a free, large car park adjacent to the lake, and also an area for bikes.

​

What must I do before my first coaching session at QuaySwim?

Before any swimming, or coaching commences at the QuaySwim lake, it is the responsibility of all participants to complete a one-off  waiver.

​

Go to https://www.quayswim.co.uk/ and read, sign the appropriate waiver form. The adult waiver form for over 16's, or the junior waiver form for 8, to 15 years of age.

Do I need to book a swim for my coaching session at QuaySwim?

No, the cost and booking is all included in the cost of coaching.

Where are the Endless Pool Sessions held?

These sessions are held in Camberley, full address details are given on booking.

How do I purchase giftcards?

Any value can be purchased  from our lakeside shop or online.
