Wetsuit Hire Frequently Asked Questions

Do I pay a security deposit?
Yes you will pay the full RRP as a deposit at time of booking which will be returned to you once the wetsuit has been returned and subject to any damage.

Can I purchase the wetsuit at the end of the hire period.
Yes 

What happens if I damage the wetsuit?
On receipt the wetsuit is your responsibility. Suits that have been damaged will be at £12 per hole / rip / tear and full cost of wetsuit will be charged if the damage is beyond repair.

Where can I collect / drop off my wetsuit?
Your wetsuit can be collected at Dorney Lake on the day of your event at our Gazebo or at our lakeside shop at QuaySwim, Coleford Bridge Road, Mytchett, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 6DS.

Do I need to clean the wetsuit?
Yes, you need to clean it as per the instructions that were sent to you with the wetsuit.

How do I return my wetsuit?
Once you have cleaned your wetsuit you should return it in the addressed bag sent with the wetsuit.  You will be responsible for the cost of the return.  We suggest that you use signed for service to ensure it reaches us.
