Service Description

This two-part course, delivered to groups of up to approximately 8 persons, is held in the Nice1 shop at Quay Swim Lake, Mytchett. The course is seen as strongly advised/essential preparation for swimmers who wish to take part, safely, in Open Water Swimming in ALL seasons, particularly Winter. The depth and breadth of course content is designed to impart detailed, and immediately applicable knowledge and confidence to all participants.
