Service Description
This 75-minute course, delivered to groups of up to approximately 8 persons, is held in the Nice1 shop at Quay Swim Lake, Mytchett. The course covers the fundamental elements to prepare swimmers to take part safely in Cold Water Swimming. The breadth of course content is designed to impart applicable knowledge and confidence to all participants.
