Please ensure you read these terms and conditions of hire before booking your wetsuit.

Size and Fit

Before ordering your wetsuit please consult the ZONE3 sizing guide to ensure you order the correct wetsuit for you.

We would advise that you take your time when trying on your wetsuit, especially the first time, allowing 15-20 minutes for the process. Avoid rushing, especially just before a race, to prevent potential damage.

To avoid snags or clawing use the pads of your fingers or wear gloves when putting on your wetsuit.
Top tip: to make putting on your wetsuit easier, wear socks or cover your hands and feet with plastic bags. This will help the wetsuit slide on more smoothly.
To put on the wetsuit, begin with the legs. Slowly inch the wetsuit up until it fits snugly around the crutch. Next, carefully work one arm into the sleeve at a time, ensuring the wetsuit fits tightly under your armpits. Proceed slowly and take your time to get a proper, snug fit over your entire body.

Wetsuit Damage

All ZONE3 rental wetsuits undergo a thorough inspection for any damage before being packed. They leave our facility in perfect condition. If you find your wetsuit is damaged or doesn't fit properly upon arrival, please notify us immediately by texting 07789 592290 on the day you receive it. We will promptly arrange a call back to advise the best course of action.

Exchanges

If you determine that your wetsuit is not the right size, please text us on 07789 592290 and we will advise you what to do.

Wetsuit Deposit

Customers will be charged the appropriate hire fee for the duration of the hire and the RRP of the wetsuit. The RRP will be refundable upon the wetsuit's return and subject to any damage.

Delivery

Wetsuits are shipped in plenty of time for your event. They will be posted with a proof of posting service and this cost is included in your hire. All our ZONE3 hire wetsuits are checked for damage before packing, and in perfect condition when leaving our facility. We do not hire out damaged wetsuits. We cannot be responsible if you order last minute, and the suit doesn’t arrive in time for your event or if you fail to collect the wetsuit before your event. On neither of these occasions will a refund be issued.

Purchasing a Rented Wetsuit

If you decide to keep the wetsuit you have hired, text us on 07789 592290 to let us know and we’ll deduct the rental fee from the wetsuit's retail price, so you don't pay twice. It's a great way to try the wetsuit before you buy.

Cleaning

Once you have finished your event please rinse the wetsuit with water and for best results for drying turn inside out and fold in half on a hanger and hang to dry. Do not send back wet.

Returning your wetsuit

To return your wetsuit, please follow these steps carefully:

Fold it carefully in the same manner as it was delivered to you.
Place the folded wetsuit into the pre-addressed return bag provided along with the return form that was sent with your initial shipment.
The wetsuit must reach us by the end of the hire duration.
It is essential that you obtain a proof of posting receipt when returning your wetsuit, as this serves as evidence of our receipt. Should your wetsuit go missing without proof of posting, you will be liable to pay for its replacement cost.

Non-Returns

If you do not contact us and your wetsuit does not reach us before the end of your hire, then we will retain the RRP deposit.

Wetsuits Returned Damaged

Wetsuits that have been returned damaged will be charged at £12 per hole / rip / tear and the full cost of wetsuit will be charged if the damage is beyond repair. This will be deducted from the RRP deposit taken at the time of hire. We will contact you before we do this.

If you notice any tears or rips before returning, please call us to discuss potential charges and consider a balance price to purchase the wetsuit, which may be cheaper.

Please note that if you have had numbers printed on the wetsuit, we will not accept it back, and the wetsuit must be purchased as it is will not re-hireable.
