Novice Triathlon Training

Based at the QuaySwim lake, Mychett, we offer group (up to 6 persons) Novice Triathlon Coaching.

Focusing on just the swimming element of the triathlon we'll cover all that you need to be aware of when participating in the swim along with some guidance on your swim stroke.​
